The staff offered really good service and were genuinely friendly. the food was AMAZING!!! every dish we tried was delicious and well-prepared. i appreciated the proximity to the beach. It was only a short walk away. the garden offered a safe space, perfect for children.
the stairs to room 311 were narrow. corridors felt a little cramped. the green fire exit light in the room was distracting.

the hotel restaurant features an amazing breakfast and also provides a sunday lunch. the breakfast buffet includes sausage, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, fresh tomatoes, beans, and mushrooms. the apple strudel is amazing.

I stayed for a few nights and found the car parking system worked well, securing a space was never a worry. my room offered a lovely sunrise view one morning, it made for a pleasant start to the day. i had one roast beef dinner. It was particularly good and quite satisfying after a day out.
i noticed that there were times when staff weren't readily available at reception. this made it slightly difficult to address queries promptly.

the location included parking! that was a huge bonus for me. my room featured a lovely sea and pier view. the tea making facilities were very useful, i used them everyday.
the noise was an issue. my room faced the street so i heard everything, also the main light in my room stayed on all night and lit up the room too much.
